In the process of squeegee printing thin paper, when the paper is separated by the paper separating head and sent to the paper feeding mechanism, double or multiple sheets are often fed by mistake, causing the squeegee printing paper feeder to fail to work normally.
Elimination: After observation, some of the paper is not separated during the separation process. When the paper separating nozzle sucks the paper, the double paper is picked up, and the paper feeding nozzle also sucks the double paper and sends it to the paper feeding roller. It must be detected and signaled by the double sheet detector. If it is checked that the printing failure of the squeegee is not caused by a large suction, then the analysis is due to the static electricity of the paper, which causes the two papers to be sucked together and not separated by the fixed blowing nozzle, and the two sheets are simultaneously separated by the paper suction nozzle Sucking, causing the paper delivery nozzle to send double sheets by mistake. At this time, the relative humidity of the squeegee printing workshop should be increased, and the relative humidity should be increased when drying the paper to keep the paper at a certain moisture content. When the squeegee is turned on for printing, the double-sheet failure can be eliminated. In order to prevent double-sheet failures caused by static electricity on high-speed printing gravure presses, static eliminator static brushes should be installed.
