Common malfunctions

1. The punch can't come up after hitting it:
1. Adjust the air pressure to 4-5KG\GM
2. Adjust the punch of the punching machine to a suitable position, so that the punch of the punching machine is lowered.
2. There are burrs or can't be knocked out:
1. Grind the lower mold for about five or six minutes with a gold steel set, and then use a whetstone for two to three minutes.
3. The plastic bag will be broken when punching:
1. Check whether the air pressure is low
2. Check whether the punching signal system is normal
3. Check whether the punching machine and the cutter are synchronized
4. Whether the residence time of the punching machine is too long, intermittently unable to punch the hole or sometimes it is good and bad:
1. Check whether the air pressure is low

3. Check whether the solenoid valve has water or the muffler is blocked
4. Check whether the cylinder is leaking
