Squeegee

Squeegee sticks (also known as squeegee sticks, color spreading sticks, wire rod coaters, etc.), made by Japanese technology.
The squeegee bar can apply water-based ink, gravure ink, aniline ink or other liquid coatings on various substrates to obtain reproducible color samples. It has the function of simulating the printing effect of the printer, and is used for color matching and ink adjustment. It is an indispensable tool for testing the printing performance and color depth of water-based inks, and it is also an indispensable tool for detecting spot colors for all printing plants.
Purpose: Used to coat wet film with specified thickness to determine the hiding power, color and lustre of the sample, or to prepare a sample board, etc.
How to use: Put the template on the platform, fix it, and don't move it when the color scraper slides over. Select the squeegee bar according to the required wet film thickness, place it on the specified position of the sample, then pour the sample in front of the squeegee bar, hold the handle with your hand, and slide at a constant speed at a speed of 150 mm/sec, that is, coating Fabric into a wet film of the required thickness. Wash and dry with solvent after use.
