  Steps:
   1. First, clean the glue groove and the glue wheel with ethyl acetate.
   2. Spread 3-4 sheets of film in the glue tank. (OPP, PET, CPP, LLDPE are all available)
  3. Start the rubber wheel idling, and at the same time apply the washing liquid to the rubber wheel, and leave it for 5-10 minutes (the hardened glue will be quickly absorbed to the surface of the wheel).
  4. Brush the metal brush against the rubber wheel mesh vertically and vigorously, and wash it back and forth 2-3 times.
  5. If there is still something unclean in the depth of the plate, continue cleaning with metal again.
   6. Use 2-3 kg of ethyl acetate with a metal brush, and pour the ethyl acetate onto the rubber wheel to wash off the washing liquid on the rubber wheel.
  7. Remove the washing liquid and adhesive residues washed into the tank together with the film and discard.
8. Inject 10 kg of ethyl acetate into the tank, and make the rubber wheel contact with the state, while idling the rubber wheel, while using a metal brush or a clean cloth to clean it, until the foreign matter in the plate is washed. .
   9. Repeat the above eighth and ninth operation procedures again, this is to prevent the washing liquid from remaining.
  10. Pour the rubber wheel with 3-5 liters of ethyl acetate, and test the rubber wheel with a rag.
   11. Wipe the rubber wheel again with a clean, dry cloth.
   12. Take out the ethyl acetate and the substrate film in the tank and discard it to complete the operation.
The cleaning operation time is 30 minutes. It is very necessary to clean the rubber wheels with the plate washing solution once a week or once every two weeks. (The frequency of cleaning depends on the daily maintenance. If you often use ethyl acetate for cleaning and maintenance, you can clean it with a plate cleaner once every two weeks. It also depends on the amount of coating. And appearance condition).
