Product Description

RGF squeegee is made of German high-precision steel belt and advanced technology. It is used for coating and printing of various gravure printing presses, flexo printing, laminating, transfer printing, anodized aluminum, printing, wood grain, wallpaper, etc.

problem	reason	Solution
Vague	The contact area is too large	Increase the blade angle and use a thinner blade Reduce scraper pressure, use shorter scraper and back knife Use a thinner scraper (less deviation)
	The barrel polishing is too rough	Reduce the roughness of the drum
	Ink drying speed is too slow	Add quick-drying solvent and check the viscosity, increase the distance between the scraper and the knife holder The ink temperature is too low or does not match the humidity of the printing room Check whether the pH of the ink is appropriate (water-based ink)
	Scraper wears in abrasive ink	Use long-life scraper
Tailing	There is ink drying on the upper or lower scraper	Clean the squeegee, keep the ink pump running when the printing press is stopped to reduce ink viscosity
Tailing	Damaged squeegee blade	Reduce the pressure of the squeegee and use a long-life squeegee Increase the angle, reduce the roughness of the drum (chrome plating)
