Punching machine

Purpose: Used for punching the plastic film tape on the bag making machine.
　　Scope of application: plastic bags PO, PP, PE, OPP, PVC, PPE, PPU, CPE, plastic bags, long heads, breathable, elevators, etc. punching.
Precautions:
1. Before use:
　　A. When the punching machine continues to work, add lubricating oil or change new oil at least once every hour to keep the punch and guide sleeve lubricated.
　　 B. When using, it is necessary to clean up the residue on the punching machine in time, especially the residue on the lower mold, and then start the machine after cleaning.
　　C. When using, pay attention to whether the punching machine is loose or has abnormal sound. If any problem is found, deal with it in time.
　　D. When the position of the punching machine is found to be offset, you can't beat it with iron, only use a rubber hammer.
　　E, air pressure is recommended, (normal 4mpa)
2. After use:
　　A. After use, first wipe the surface of the punching machine, especially the punch and the lower mold.
　　 B. Add lubricating oil to the punch and lower die, and press the punch to the lowest position to better protect the knife edge and lower die from damage
